Challenge Being Solved
We believe that people should be able to express intent the same way they think about it - in natural language. We translate natural language queries like "need a nonstop flight tomorrow from nyc to la, leaving before 5pm" into actionable intent. Our deep-learning models have been trained on millions of examples of consumers expressing such intent in a conversational interface. To gather that data, we launched a temporary, consumer-facing concierge product, called GoButler.
